As part of this term's course "Software Project: Mobile and Distributed Applications", a team of students selected the topic "GoKart Racer VR" and developed a virtual reality application for Android that is meant to be played in conjunction with a VR headset for smartphones (like Durovis Dive or others).

"GoKart Racer VR Cardboard" has now been released for download on Google Play. GoKart Racer VR is a vibrant gokart-driving adventure which is meant to be played with virtual reality glasses. The player finds himself sitting in the chassis of a gokart vehicle and steering his device using head movements, only. But take care, the AI-controlled opponent players won't wait long until they try to ram your cart and move you off the track.
